Materials and Seasonings:
400 gr flour
250 grams of peanut butter
Powdered sugar 200 gr
A glass of cooking oil
For the topping ingredients:
2 tablespoons honey
Sugar 50 gr
Margarine 100 gr
50 g almonds, sliced thin
Cherri red / green 100 gr, thinly sliced
50 g of palm, sliced thin
How to cook:
Prepare a 20 cm baking pan that has been lined with baking paper and spread with margarine.
Stir in peanut butter and vegetable oil until well blended.
Enter the powdered sugar, stir again. then add flour Key Blue / Blue Wheels and stir well.
Allow the dough for 5 minutes, then insert it into the pan to 3 mm thick, smooth.
Bake in oven for 15 - 20min.
How to make topping:
Heat the margarine with sugar and honey over low heat until melted, then enter the almond, cherri, and dates, mix well and remove from heat.
Cut into square pieces, the cake has been cooked.
Place the topping ingredients over each piece of cake.
Bake another 15 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
tips:
Rest the dough + 120 minutes, the dough is easy to set up and the results are more crisp
